Why? These are the preferences which were meant specifically for Firefox. (They may apply to xulrunner in general, but I am not sure.) If you are thinking of trademarks: trademarks only apply to how a product is *marketed*. They don't apply to technicalities. Not even a few user-visible coincidental appearances in dialogs would matter. (Imagine that wouldn't be true, and "Mozilla" would really be an enforcable trademark. It'd be close to impossible to remove that from the source, meaning that the Mozilla source would be useless for us, no?) Or is there another reason? Just to be correct, because it could be used by Thunderbird? Note that none of that currently works, anyways, because there are changes needed for startup.

This bug is filed in a bugzilla component related to pre-Firefox code which no longer exists. I believe it is no longer relevant and I am therefore closing it INCOMPLETE. If you believe that this bug is still valid and needs to be fixed, please reopen it and move it to the Toolkit:Startup and Profile System product/component.
