It was present in trunk, but it is repaired in the second half of 2005. It is difficult to say what bug(s) fixed it because it improved gradually.

I see the problem too, but not only in Flash. The problem also occurs in Quicktime, such as in the Firefox Flicks website. Maybe this is an overall problem with embedded items?
