Once bug 331031 is resolved we should remove the Smooth Scrolling prefs UI for Mac OS X.
(Filter "spam" on 'prefs-nobody-20080612'.)

Since smooth scrolling can be a migraine trigger, Firefox should have some way to disable smooth scrolling regardless of whether the operating system retains these preferences.
