We need to make call on what to do here. We have the language pack linked off of https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:3 and http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html#lang_packs, and I wonder how popular a Persian Firefox 2 release would still be.

Should we close this bug and move towards Firefox 3 in bug 415597 instead? There are still patches missing for the productization, I don't know what's going on web pages front either, so even for 2.0, we're not getting that much closer.

Fx3 is another chunk of localization work, too, I think we should start that.

I think it's better to close this bug and move on to a Persian Firefox 3 release.  The longer this remains open, the later we can start working on Persian Firefox 3 on trunk, and the later Persian Firefox 3 would be released...

Closing as there are no plans for shipping a Persian version of Firefox 2.0.0.x any longer.
