Details

Persian (fa) is already on the trunk, let's track what's needed for branching. That should be productization, and we'll need the webpages, too.

I think this bug is obsolete right now. We have "fa" both on l10n-central and l10n-mozilla-1.9.1. Axel?
worksforme is my best guess.
