Details
Currently, cleanup is only done after successful completion of a testrun. We should have a check either on start of a new run or after failure to cleanup any affected directories or files.

In the Talos mini perf farm we've got the cleanup step running at the start of a build rather than at the end. This should take care of that, no?
You also may be able to set some of the steps to 'haltOnFailure=False' to let the Builder keep running BuildSteps.
