User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6 Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.6 (20070728) This wonderful feature seems to have disappeared in this latest version of Thunderbird. In fact it is no longer an option for handling junk mail if the junk mail settings. (This feature is supplied and does work for the Linux versions BTW, but not under the version supplied for Windows Vista) Please restore this feature, it is annoying to have to mark an email as junk then delete it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Mark an email as junk 2. 3. Actual Results: Email remains in the folder and does not automatically move to the junk or trash folder. Expected Results: I want the ability to select the junk or trash folder as the destination for mail marked as junk. And I want it to automatically and immediately move to said folder.
There are also other reports on this, but no clear steps to reproduce (as you might see from it working on linux for you, but not on windows). If you can figure out what is the difference which causes this, comment in bug 324777.

(In reply to comment #1) To Magnus Melin: Bug 324777 is not for problem of "Manual mark as Junk doesn't work". Please note that my Bug 324777 Comment #35 is to rule out problem of Bug 324777 Comment #34 and Bug 324777 Comment #37 from Bug 324777. See Bug 394062 and Bug 279018 for problem when manual junk marking, please.
Ah, thx WADA, duping to bug 279018 instead. That should be working for tb2.0.0.8.
