steps: load preferably slowly loading documents in tabs.
expected: animated icon on tab while loading (while title is "Loading...")
result: static generic document icon while loading

Verified fixed with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007112604 Minefield/3.0b2pre, seems like by attachment 288618 [details] [diff] [review] in bug 387345.
