Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right Click on a Link in a page 2. Select "Bookmark This Link" Actual Results: No popup appears to save the bookmark, neither the bookmark saves by itself. Expected Results: The bookmark Popup should appear and the bookmark can be saved.
