When I reply to a message in a non-UTF-8 charset which doesn't include some chars I use, I get a 'Send in UTF-8?' dialog before the message is sent. But I also get the same dialog before saving the message as a draft. Then, the message is confusing as I'm not sending anything. It's doubly confusing when the message is auto-saved to the drafts folder and the dialog pops up...

Not sure, I think I did a basic search for Send in UTF-8 and none of these came up. Or something. Sorry.

"Find a Specific Bug" doesn't seem to search DUP'ed bugs. I've added "Send in UTF-8?" in bug summary of bug 328938, as some other dup'ed bugs did.
