Someone recently asked me about whether all Bugzilla files were under the MPL. In writing a reply to him I noticed the following with respect to Bugzilla 3.0.2 (and possibly earlier versions as well):
* The file editmilestones.cgi lacks an explicit MPL license notice, even though a comment in that file states that it is copied from the editversions.cgi file, which does have an explicit MPL license notice.
* In the directory skins/standard the files panel.css,
params.css, and show_multiple.css do not have an explicit MPL license notice, even though all other .css files in that directory do have such a notice.
I presume that the lack of MPL notices on the files listed above is simply an oversight; if so, could someone please put explicit MPL notices on these files? (Don't forget about getting the Initial Developer and Contributor information correct.)
