I can't believe I'm not finding a dupe on this. The Site Identity dialog needs to have a keyboard shortcut so that it can be displayed easily. I know that currently one can do: "Ctrl+L, Shift+Tab, Enter/Space" to open the dialog, but it's not good enough really. I'm willing to contribute patches once we decide what the shortcut needs to be. I'm currently thinking the following alternatives, in order of my preference. I'm listing whether they're already taken by a Firefox extension, based on <http://kb.mozillazine.org/Keyboard_shortcut_registry_for_extension_authors_(Firefox)>. * Alt+I (to echo "Identity") (taken by Tabbrowser Extensions) * Ctrl+Shift+I (to echo "Identity") (taken by WikiPedia) * Ctrl+Shift+S (to echo "info on Security") (taken by MenuEditor and HideSearchBar) * Ctrl+Shift+L (to echo "info on Location") (taken by ScrapBook, WikiPedia and Linkification) * Ctrl+F1 (to echo "Help on identity") (not taken by any extension) I'd like Beltzner's input on this. Since this is a major keyboard accessibility win for Firefox, and it's easy to implement, I'm requesting blocking.

Cmd+Shift+I is taken by Page Info on Mac.

Not a blocker, since there's a way to access with the keyboard as-is.
