After a reboot we lose the following settings on winxp talos machines: - throttling needs to be reset to 50% - buildbot slave does not auto restart
These machines also need to auto-login on reboot.

Installation instructions: - turn off auto start on speedswitch - grab rebootXP.zip, unzip in c:\ * run reboot.bat * set up autologin (ensure it is for the mozqa account) * remote reboot.bat (rm reboot.bat) - attempt a reboot, does it start back up correctly? * auto logged in? * throttling correct? * buildbot started?
