If you hold down the Back button, a drop-down menu will appear showing you where you've been in the current tab. The idea is that you don't have to click the Back button to go back to a page you saw 3 pages ago-- you can just select it from the menu and Firefox'll jump back to it.
Unfortunately, the menu doesn't work-- selecting an item from the menu will always take the browser one page backwards, no matter how far back the menu item you selected is.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new tab or new window.
2. Visit a few sites.
3. Use the Back button's drop-down menu to go back 3 pages (or 2, or 4, or whatever).
Actual Results:
The browser goes back one page, no matter how far back the item I selected in the menu is.
Expected Results:
The browser should have gone back to the page I selected in the menu.
This is in Firefox 3.0b3.
