I thought this should have been fixed with the other bug, but apparently not
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firefox, goto a page that long enough to show scrollbar
2.click desktop to make firefox window in unfocus status
3.
Actual Results:
the scrollbar stays blue color
Expected Results:
should change color to transparent

I don't think this blocks, but worth looking at. I don't see any modifications for this in bug 431831, but it's possible that it would require changes in deeper theming code.

This is being fixed by bug 54488, the patch is currently waiting for Josh's review.
