The dialog "Bookmark All Tabs..." does not use the icons for
special folders which were produced for Firefox 3.

Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; ru; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008051202 Firefox/3.0: menu, toolbar, Mozilla Firefox are all simple folders.

Some icons are correctly displayed, but many are displayed as a grey(gray) document (with the top right corner folded down).

Yeah, this is on my list of polish bugs we need to address, hopefully we will be able to get to all of them.
