The rendering of msqrt is broken. Content gets pushed underneath. Original content area is filled with foreground color.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/mml2-testsuite/Presentation/GeneralLayout/msqrt-mroot/msqrt5.xml
2. shows right away
Actual Results:
The square root symbol is filled with foreground color and the content is placed text fully underneath.
Expected Results:
The content should be within the square root symbol, not underneath. Furthermore, the symbol should not be filled with a rectangle of foreground color, especially as this would make correctly-placed content invisible.

This is fixed in FF3, and FF2 does not show the problem when special fonts are installed:
