Currently gloda is in the mailnews trunk but prefed off. Since SeaMonkey probably doesn't want gloda enabled by default, we should do the enabling in mail/.
This bug should depend on any bug that needs to be fixed before we can pref gloda on.

pref enable by default is moving to b3 as the new search entry (bug 474701) has a strategy for enabling search + indexing for b2

My understanding is that this bug is for the concrete code change of preffing on by default; removing the [meta] markers.
