Details
The following two machines appear to be red for no reason and likely need a restart:
MacOSX Darwin 8.8.1 talos trunk fast qm-pmac-fast01
MacOSX Darwin 8.8.1 talos trunk qm-pmac03
The first one said:
FAIL: Busted: tp
FAIL: browser frozen
They're both in the middle of cycles now and might recover, but if not, they need to be fixed (and the second one has been taking too long to cycle).

Apache didn't automatically restart upon reboot. I've changed the settings on these boxes to ensures that it gets flipped back on correctly.
Kicked the machines to get them to move passed the frozen browsers.
Should go green on next cycle.
