Please make sure that if you file bugs on specific tests, you file the bug in the component of the code that the test is filing. Bugs in Testing:Mochitest should be about the test harness itself. (Your tracking bug is fine, though.) I suspect that many of these errors are the same errors we see on the unit test VMs occasionally. Many tests fail when run in a slow environment. See bug 438871's dependencies for a fairly exhaustive list.
