Here are some instructions for creating or accessing your SSH public key:
http://github.com/guides/providing-your-ssh-key
Once a key pair is generated, instead of copying to the clipboard you can just copy the file to your desktop and attach it to this bug:
cp id_dsa.pub ../Desktop

Correct, this is just for SVN.
