Please create a new l10n-central hg repositories for new Firefox localizations. The repositories should be l10n-central/es-MX/ and releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/es-MX/ etc for all for locales, with the common l10n permissions and hooks, both python:mozhghooks.pushlog and python:mozhghooks.single_head_per_branch.hook That's for "hr", "es-MX", "or", "bn-BD". "or" not in the sense of "and", but as in Oriya.
