Turns out that MARs are being pushed out afterwards, and bouncer entries for those are desired. I just added them.

We just tried to do this, and it didn't work. It appears Bouncer refused to acknowledge existence of the 3.0b1->3.0b3 files, probably because they don't exist for en-US.
