(new Date()).getTime() sometimes will returns a decimal value rather than a int moved from jira community bugs: http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-182

I did not reproduce the problem. Is it a possible rounding off error? Will add a regression testcase to acceptance tests.
