Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090918 SeaMonkey/2.0pre like Firefox/3.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090918 SeaMonkey/2.0pre In the Object - CSS Rules view, you can select a rule, then double click on a property in the lower pane to open the "Edit Style Rule" dialog box. Once open, you should be able to enter a new value and save it. When I open the "Edit Style Rule" dialog box, the value shown is from the very first property in the list, and any new value I enter is not saved. It seems, but I've not yet confirmed, that this may cause SeaMonkey to crash at some point after the DOM Inspector is closed. I've had SeaMonkey crash twice today, both times after doing the above in DOM Inspector. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a single blank tab in SeaMonkey. 2. Open the DOM Inspector. 3. Choose File | Inspect a Chrome Document, then select the item for the blank document. 4. Click down to Windows | Toolbox in Document - DOM Nodes 5. Select Object - CSS Rules in the right pane. 6. Select rule *. 7. Double click on the third Property, "display", (which shows a value of "-moz-box"). 8. The dialog box that opens shows the property value to be "ignore", which in reality is the value of the first Property ("-moz-user-focus") in the list. 9. Try entering a new property value then clicking OK. It doesn't change. Actual Results: The Edit Style Rule dialog box shows the wrong value, and it does not allow you to save a new value. Expected Results: I should see the correct value in the Edit Style Rule dialog box, and I should be able to change the value. The DOM Inspector works as expected in Firefox 3.5.2.

Dupe of bug 192841, see comment 16 in that bug. (In fact, this was caused by the patch I submitted before it was reopened).
