We believe moz2-linux64-slave01 was created with the instructions here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReferencePlatforms/Linux-CentOS-5.0_64-bit
To address some pressing developer concerns we are using clones of this VM in production without yet confirming the exact make up of this VM. However, before we can do supported releases on linux64, and guarantee binary compatibility issues, we need to verify/update this list&VM. It might be easiest to re-create a new linux64 refimage and docs from scratch.
Once a proper refimage and docs are ready, we can then replace our linux64 VMs with known refimage VMs, and then be able to do a linux64 release if we are asked.

Much of this work was done by cshields, and Armen hacked on most of the rest. With this applied, are 64-bit Linux machines should sync up to the latest and greatest. Specifically, they should end up with everything the 32-bit machines have, minus the Scratchbox stuff, which is unnecessary at this time.
The patch isn't super clean because there was a few do stuff && pull && merge cycles, so just ignore the site.pp stuff and other unrelated things.

I updated CentOS-5-x64-ref and have tested the 0 -> staging work. Still need to update the ref platform doc.

I updated the 64-bit ref platform doc. We're all done here now.
