Over in bug 520229 it took a lot of manual fiddling and effort to get everything signed properly. We need a formal process decided upon and documented for this. See bug 520229 for my manual fiddling.

There's a process I've used that's worked for the past few, noted here:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=550149#c2. It works, but should probably be integrated into the signing Makefile.
