Details

(Keywords: modern, Whiteboard: nsbeta3-)

Steps to reproduce: 1. Load a page that scrolls, such as http://members.aol.com/stbugatti/jack.htm 2. Click a black pixel just to the right or left of the scrollbar thumb Result: page scrolls down one page, as if I had clicked below the thumb Expected result: scrollbar thumb activated, like in Blue (old modern) skin This is most noticable when the Mozilla is maximized under Win98, because then the edge of the scrollbar coincides with the edge of the screen (which is good imo).
Nominating for nsbeta3: this seems to happen a lot, and it's annoying when it happens even though it can be worked around by scrolling back. New modern is going to be the default skin for the beta, right?

I'd like to nominate this for RTM. Reason being, the easiest way to grab the scrollbar is to move the mouse to the far edge of the screen and click. Doing this now causes you to miss the thumb and instead scroll by a whole page. I think this will pester a large number of everyday users.
