The mobile source dir can just clobber at the beginning; that should be fine.
The repacks are currently at /scratchbox/users/cltbld/home/cltbld/build/maemo-1.9.2-l10n-release and that needs to be clobberable from the clobberer cgi ... this gacks when the version is changed.

Scratchbox repack release clobbers will most likely require either reviving bug 489410 or getting the bind mount working.

I see 3 approaches to fixing this:
a) reopen bug 489410 and fix
b) get bind mount working (get scratchbox clobbers for "free"): bug 611467
c) do scratchbox l10n repacks in a mozharness script that knows how to clobber beforehand.

Adding the mobile_tag factory to the list.
There's no good reason to ever *not* clobber at the beginning of that factory; we should just do that by default.
