This is a meta bug for redesigning the nsTextStore and TSF related stuff.

The current code cannot fit to both DOM specs and complex TIP behavior.
No longer depends on: 496360
Although, there are some bugs which are necessary for basic support of TSF, however, the redesign of nsTextStore has already been completed. So, marking this as FIXED.

I'll add remaining bugs to the block list of bug478029.
