While testing a 3.7a1 -> 3.7a2 Alpha build with partial MARs I discovered that the update verify bump script only works with releases that follow the releases/%version%/%platform%/etc style path. We chose to ship 3.7a1 as: releases/devpreview/1.9.3a1/%platform%/etc, so the bumped configs were wrong. We should probably start passing in the path, or make it configurable through some other means.

Based on what we're doing in rapid release land (only doing "releases" in this sense for Betas and Finals (and chemspills), this isn't necessary anymore.
