I think we have to treat the lack of stack traces as a random-orange by itself, since we can't tell if we've introduced a new crash.

Yeah, we don't have full x86-64 support in Breakpad yet. That bug is one component, but also we'll probably need to take an updated Breakpad to get DWARF support on Linux and then enable it on 64-bit Linux.
