In Bug 487283 I added build system support for generating en-US xpis and being able to upload them.

Unfortunately buildbot doesn't yet support this. There are two possible solutions:

1) Change the stage upload (and I think the crash symbols upload) step to use "make upload" rather than what buildbot is currently using.

2) Fix bug 494341

I'll let gozer pick, but I wanted a specific bug for this case even if we do take option 2.
