User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100505 Minefield/3.7a5pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.5pre) Gecko/20100430 Thunderbird/3.1b2 This seems like a mere oversight. Part of the goal of unifying folders was to be able to take actions over multiple folders easily. If I have six folders of junk to sort through and upon viewing them don't see anything I want to keep I should be able to right click once and empty the junk in /all/ junk folders. Currently you have to go through each individual folder to empty the junk and trash. It eliminates part of the helpfulness of having unified folders. Other applications such as OS X native Mail application have this option available and the annoyance may be enough to keep some people from using Thunderbird. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Unified Folders view in the sidebar. 2. Right click on the trash or junk folder at the root/topmost level. 3. Observe the missing corresponding "Empty" option in the context menu. Actual Results: No context menu option to empty trash or junk folders from the root level unified folder. Expected Results: A context menu item to empty the junk or trash folders should be available from the root level or topmost unified folder.
