These are internal. They are not documented. You can argue that that internal opcodes should not be documented in public documentation, but then they need to be documented to the same extent in internal documentation. (Frankly I'd prefer them to be documented externally and then to have it noted that they can't be in code read into the VM.)

I respectfully disagree with the Future targeting and ask for Brannan. PACMAN work will frequently depend on good understanding of all instructions, and though that understanding only starts with the documentation, missing documentation for an instruction adds to our the burden.
