We don't have a :pologh user, but we talked over email - this is a team effort between potch & jbalogh.

Potch: the new collection urls are /collections/:user/:slug. The vote urls are /collections/:user/:slug/vote/(up|down). They work without js and require login. If you don't POST or you're not logged in it will bounce you back to the collection page. I didn't touch the vote template at all, so the urls are wrong. Let me know if you need help with that.
