We need to migrate the current collections detail pages to zamboni and enhance it for electric bandwagon. Otherwise, personas are listed in a similar fashion as other add-ons (see bottom of the first mockup). This bug includes: - Developing the full layout of the pages - Developing the extension/persona/mixed layouts - Reuse the code for personas listing pages to show the grid. We don't have a :pologh user, but we talked over email - this is a team effort between potch & jbalogh.

QA: We're going to aim to land this very early next week but leave it in this milestone.

We're dropping "From Similar Collections" because it's not used very much. (r=fligtar). Use this comment to mark krupa's bug INVALID when she says the section is missing.
