First pass on Win7 required:
- Checkout buildbot from hg.m.o/build/buildbot
- Install via C:\mozilla-build\python25\python25 setup.py install
- Install Twisted 10.1 from http://tmrc.mit.edu/mirror/twisted/Twisted/10.1/Twisted-10.1.0.winxp32-py2.5.msi
- Patch twisted with http://hg.mozilla.org/build/twisted/rev/510653655551
- Install simplejson, zope interfaces with easy_install
- Adjust startTalos.bat to point to new buildbot

After we land this can you please store these packages into ref-plaforms repo and update https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReferencePlatforms/Test/Win7 and https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReferencePlatforms/Test/WinXP?
Could you also attach the .sh file on bugzilla for posterity?

Well, it's just on one machine, on a small set of builds, so I think that's to be expected.
