Steps:
1. Navigate tools->sync
2. Inspect sync logo located on the right of the window
3. Re-size the window

Expected:
Logo should look as expected. Furthermore, window should be re-sizable.
========================================================================
Actual:
Logo appears stretched probably because the icon changes shape dynamical
along with the sync window. (weather it's a vector or bitmap image).
Window is not re-sizable.
