See attached screenshot - the firstrun Sync dialog has a horizontally-squashed sync icon. (It's oval-shaped, rather than circular like it is everywhere else.) (This is with the Sync functionality built-in to Firefox - not with the addon.) NOTE: The text in the screenshot is invisible, too - that's bug 572541.
