Severity is sort of questionable: I considered trivial, since nobody seems to have even noticed, but once someone lands a patch that was green on the 66% of mochitest that try is running, and orange on the 33% it isn't, it'll be a little less trivial.

According to both tbpl and tinderbox, the last time mochitests-3/5 or mochitests-4/5 ran on any platform was just before the Thursday morning downtime.

I reconfig'd pm02:tests-scheduler for this and redid a sendchange for cpearce's 63485899eb23. Did not get a mochitest-3 or -4 from that. Filed bug 591839 about the try chooser not being reconfig-safe.

Restarted tests-scheduler and repeated the sendchange. Got the missing mochitests this time.
