See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=520309#c129. Could be the same bug as Bug 592323, but I wouldn't expect to have that gAppDir vs. directoryService mismatch on Windows since we don't have the app bundle.

Turns out that the bug in 592323 was platform-independent, so I'm pretty sure the fix should work here too. Please reopen if the patch didn't fix it.
