We also need to check the entry points, e.g. I found that under Preferences/Privacy & Security/Popup Windows, there's a button called Manage Permissions, while in Help it is still referred to as Allowed Websites (which is one of the old dialogs that got replaced by Data Manager).

Hmm, thanks for the comment - the Popup Windows pref pane is not mentioned at all in privsec_help.xhtml; I'll add that link as part of bug 631566.

There have been recent additions to the Help text which introduced references to the Data Manager.
