The turn-around time for debugging oranges could be improved quite a lot in many cases if users were able to specify alternate test packages to use.

The process would go something like this

1) initial push-to-try generates builds and test packages
2) tests fail :(
3) user grabs test packages, fiddles some bits, and uploads somewhere
4) user triggers new tests pointing at the new test package
5) tests fail :(  goto 4)
