when syncing fennec with an account created in sync using an email address, the initial Device name will generate a nonsensical title with over 30+ characters. We should fix it so the device name is either the email address, or something else easier to read.

Repro:
1) install android or maemo nightly:
Mozilla/5.0 (Maemo; Linux armv71; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101011 Firefox/4.0b8pre Fennec/4.0b2pre or Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv71; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101011 Firefox/4.0b8pre Fennec/4.0b2pre
2) you must have created a sync account with an email address (sync 1.5) beforehand. Log into fennec sync with that account
3) Verify when sync is complete, the Device name shows a nonsense title there.
Expected:
- although this is configurable, i suggest a shorter device name or even the email address used
Actual:
- 30+ characters of nonsense

First fall back to the account name, then to the username.
