Seems like perhaps we should switch BrowserHome() callers to just use BrowserGoHome directly as well... though I guess there's not much point if we're going to keep both forever.

This bug is marked as fixed in 4.0b8, but it's still there in 6.0.2...
Clicking the Home button in an app (pinned) tab correctly opens the home page in a new tab, but hitting Alt+Home opens it in the current tab, even if its an app tab.
