This is done. As a note: I could not reset the cltbld user's password via the alt-ctl-del screen. SSH lets me log in with the once-removed password, but I cannot use that password in the rest-password dialog on the alt-ctl-del screen. Resetting the password via the control panel worked. Go figure!
