I have to use uselessly the horizontal scroll bar to see the right part (especially if I entered a long email address). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Tools > Options > Sync > Set Up Firefox Sync > Create a New Account 2. 3. Actual Results: Text in window 'Create a New Account' is not centered by default.
