Details

The close button logic uses _dismiss(), which hides the panel. It should probably only dismiss the clicked-on notification instead (and leave the other one showing). Bug 599912 might make that easier.
If we end up doing bug 625626, we might want to instead just not have close buttons on individual notifications and have them only on the panel itself instead.
