Pre-production releases should be verified somehow.
An easiest way to verify the releases is watching emails sent by release automation.
It would be great to have other tests, like:
* compare FTP layout of production and pre-production
* compare the content of the files on FTP

This should be reasonably easy. Our directory layout for a given release is pretty deterministic given the inputs (e.g. shipped_locales, etc).

Watch out for windows files differing between two compiles of the same source, and if we get signing going then a timestamp goes into the signing header so they differ too.
